A big picture with a badly atempted background. I should work on my 2 meme(and homework) xD;

Circuitrace is my version of Volteccer. Circuitrace has different levels. Depending on what level the user posesses, it can affect how they move while performing Circuitrace.
Levels :
--------------
Lowest - Circuitrace can only be used to travel across cords and network circuitry.(Slow speed) It cannot be used as an attack. Circuitrace cannot be used without cords/wires.
Intermediate - Circuitrace can be used travel across cords/circuitry.(slightly faster) It is possible to use it to bounce off walls, but not guaranteed. It cannot be used as an attack. It can go without cords/wires to run along, but it will end after a second later.
Advanced - Circuitrace will be more eficient when traveling through the wires. (Fast speed when traveling along the cords) It can be used to attack enemies. (Only knocks the targets back) It can also work without cords/wires, but the distance it travels will be limited to a single dash.
Elite - Circuitrace will be at it's full potential. It will travel with great velocity along circuits. It also bounces off walls like volteccer. It can be used as an attack as constant electricity will cover the whole body of the user. Anything that gets hit by it will be shocked with a large amount of electricity, or just stunned depending on how much electricity is coarsing. The travel distance is extended slightly longer then Advanced.
??? - Unknown level of Circuitrace. Traveling at great speed will make electrical disturbances in the system, and sometimes damage the wires. If bounced off walls, the walls might get cracks/dents. It can be a dangerous attack that will cause perminant damage to internal systems if hit. The travel distance is a very long dash and can cause electrical disturbances. It is highly likely that viruses may have this type of circuitrace but it is unconfirmed.

When I first saw this in my messages, I was like "holy shi- that's good" xDD
I reallly really love the colours here, and your overall shading. The background is absolutely awesome
I just want to point out, though that some of the lineart looks kinda..messy? It's just that when you look at it closely, some of the lines don't look clean. You can't see it from far away, but I'm just being nitpicky here ||orz
